1)Fluent in English

2)Passionate about teaching chess

3)Passionate about working with young kids

4)Expert in Technology (Skype, Zoom, Google Sheets, Lichess.org, Chessbase etc.)

5)Active Internet Connection (20+Mbps) and Desktop/Laptop with a webcam is must

6)Committed, sincere, flexible and willing to learn.
